New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Is there a doctor in the room? Famous words that many refer to when in need of a doctor in the event of an emergency! Well, it's getting hot, the kids are about to start embarking on a summer vacation, and then the magic question always is: What are you doing for the summer? Since there are tons of new music already out or coming, this is a great time to make a long list of the perfect artists to catch live and if you need any help toward selecting one, a major suggestion would be RGF because the new single, "Blue Angel," from the latest project entitled, "RGF," will totally knock your socks off!

Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, the band RGF consists of Lead Singer, J Zun; Bassist, Scott; Guitarist, Barry; and Drummer, Noah. With a truly unique and alternative surf rock - meets Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mick Jagger, along with The Rolling Stones sound, this is EVERYTHING! 'Blue Angel,' is this hot sounding song that can quickly be catchy because of that very old sounding RCA 44 vintage microphone effect on the lead vocals which has that Elvis meets Steven Tyler or Credence Clearwater hardcore sound wrapped all in it! If you don't know what that is then turn on vintage blues songs from the 1940s and quickly, you will hear just what it is! However there is a reference of that pure rock sound stemming from the late 70s or 80s. Powerful, yet in this case, it feels like a beach party with a wild crowd all in one! Why would an opening statement of "Is there a doctor in the room?" be the opening question? Well, here's why: "It's too many people…With too many problems…Too many pills…But not one that will solve them…" direct lyrics from 'Blue Angel' and honestly, the message is a clear one…There are so many things going on in today's world where people could turn to so many vices in order to clear their heads, but it is clear that RGF has turned to music!

'Blue Angel' is just that catchy song that makes you hit replay after it is over! True fans can feast their ears off of the really rhythmic guitar. But most of all, there is a presence of old-style recording which again places some faces like Lenny Kravitz or KISS back in my mind. From the energy to the musicianship truly making the magic, the real question is just what will the live show be like? With a resume that is impressive along with the fact that they have some truly amazing placements already in the works, RGF is just that band where once they turn your head, it's not turning back around! With a fully noticed tour schedule, RGF is probably coming to a place near you—AND FAST!

Do yourself a favor! Pack a bag, pick up some friends, and please have 'Blue Angel' on deck as when it starts, it will remove any past opposition or bad thoughts! Everyone will dance, laugh, but most of all, the night will be full of surprises! I highly recommend that RGF be a band to see over the summer and suggest holding onto your hat before takeoff! If they are near you, you might want to catch their show as true entertainment will fill the atmosphere! I highly recommend RGF!
