Diana Krall Comes To San Antonio (TX) Today
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Multiple Grammy Award-winning jazz pianist and world-renowned singer Diana Krall continues with the 4th North American leg of her international "Turn Up The Quiet World Tour," including a stop in San Antonio, TX at the Majestic Theatre (224 E. Houston St.) on June 21, 2018 at 8PM.
Tickets ($59.50 - $99.50) for Diana Krall will be available In Person at the Majestic Theatre Box Office, online at ticketmaster.com, or charge by phone at 800.745.3000. All tickets subject to applicable service charges and fees.

Having already ventured to Europe and with plans to visit South America, the "Turn Up The Quiet World Tour" is shaping up to be one of the biggest in Mrs. Krall's career. Her familiar band of Anthony Wilson (guitar), Karriem Riggins (drums), Robert Hurst (Bass), and Stuart Duncan (fiddle) have been wowing audiences with material from Krall's stunning latest album Turn Up The Quiet (Verve Records). Earning critical praise, DOWNBEAT Magazine called the album "spellbinding... Krall knows how to put her own distinctive stamp on decades-old standards, making them sound fresh and vibrant."

Turn Up The Quiet holds significant importance as it was the last recording Krall made with her long-time mentor and collaborator, producer Tommy LiPuma, before his sudden passing last year. The album is dedicated to his memory.

Krall recently wrapped the second leg of her North American tour with two incredible nights at The Hollywood Bowl in August, along with a stellar performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Click here to watch: https://abc.tv/2xTLMai.

Diana Krall is the only jazz singer to have eight albums debut at the top of the Billboard Jazz Albums chart. To date, her albums have garnered five Grammy Awards and eight Juno Awards with nine certified gold, three platinum, and seven multi-platinum. Krall's unique artistry transcends any single musical style and has made her one of the most recognizable artists of our time.
