New York, NY (Top40 Charts) You may know and recognise her from her show stopping red carpet appearances - this year's Vanity Fair Oscar party gives a glimpse - but 2018 sees larger than life pop enigma, Bleona, doing what she does best.
Following the success of her summer anthem 'Wicked Love,' which reached Number 1 in the Billboard Breakout Dance Songs Chart, pop phenomenon Bleona turns her hand to a more revealing and stripped back ballad as she unleashes new single 'I Don't Need Your Love.'
Taking in a more delicate tone, Bleona lays her soul bare on the track exploring fidelity and femininity, punctuated by a colourful palette of electronic synths.

Produced by Fede / Timbaland and Rob Knox (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Britney Spears), the accompanying video for 'I Don't Need Your Love' was shot in L.A., in a location originally purpose built for being the mammoth garage featured in the Christopher Nolan film, Batman Begins.

Bleona's passion for music and performance was inherent from an early age, and her break came at the tender age of 14 years old, singing at a national music festival in her native Albania.

Bleona is considered to be one of the regions most celebrated pop artists, selling well over 1.5 million records, as well extensive touring runs of both Europe and the United States.

Having moved to LA to pursue and develop her sound, Bleona soon collaborated with Grammy award winning artist and producer Timbaland for singles "Show Off" (feat. Petey Pablo) and "Pass Out" (feat. Timbaland and Brasco). Following this, her single, "Take You Over" peaked at No. 3 on the US billboard dance charts entirely on the strength of its fierce attitude and club-ready beat.

Through it all, Bleona has embraced the thrill of playing by her own rules and following through on an unlikely dream, rising up from a place where opportunities are limited to none and ultimately transforming herself into a global phenomenon.
"When I was a little girl, I set a goal to be an icon in my country," she says. "And somehow I achieved it, when that happened, I needed to set a new goal, and that's why I am here. I could have stayed back home and enjoyed my status there, but I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and take it to the next level. And I love the challenge of that more than anything. If you tell me, 'No, this can't be done,' then guess what? That's exactly what I'm going to do."
This drive, persistence and overall independence displayed in Bleona's persona is just as, if not more prominent in her music and message she portrays today.

Bleona now sets her sights on her own fierce independence with new standout track 'I Don't Need Your Love' - the anthem for the moving on of lover's scorned.
