Lido Beach, the brainchild of former bassist for The City Drive (We The People/Sony Records) Scott Waldman, is back with"You Fell Hard"—his first new recording in years.
The song—a fun, dance-inducing and massive-sounding pop-punk tune produced by Curtis Douglas (The Maine, Sundressed)—is the product of a more grown-up Lido Beach experiencing the tremendous joy true love can bring to one's life

QUOTE FROM WALDMAN:
"The majority of songs in the Lido Beach catalog are pretty sad, as they deal with death, heartbreak and other major losses. 'You Fell Hard' is the polar opposite and I love that about it. It's so much fun being sincerely happy about something!
Because I've been so focused on my marriage, artist-and-producer management and my Idobi show Waldman's Words, it's been a minute since I recorded a song, which made this experience extra special.
I'm happily married to an incredible woman, and I think that this song articulates a punchy energetic joy that could only be contained by a sincerely stoked dude advising his former self that 'everything is going to be okay.' Of course, not everything is okay, but most things are better because of her."

Lido Beach has headlined shows on both coasts, and previously placed a song ("My Oh My") in the Super Bowl 2013. Scott also currently manages artists under his own umbrella Waldman Management and producers at Rolling Artists. In addition, he hosts a popular industry radio show/podcast on idobi Radio called "Waldman's Words"

LIVE: 8/26 Cupertino, CA @ X Bar (acoustic show)
