New York, NY (Top40 Charts) With her timely cadence, multifaceted flow, lyrics, and high-energy, Youngstown raised, South Florida-based rap star Dramamitra seems poised to become a superstar. Her two latest songs "Cut the Check" and "Wraith" have the music-world buzzing.
Dramanitra Takes the World by Storm and is not taking any prisoners with her Super Star presence.

Being underground for far too long, Dramanitra is ready to take the world by storm as she emerges with two hot new singles; "Wraith" and "Cut the Check". Blending old-school hip-hop and modern rap, Dramanitra is out to prove that she has the potential to challenge the upper echelon of the national hip- hop community. Hailing from Youngstown, Ohio Dramanitra is taking her street savvy credibilities to the studio which serves as her vessel to pronounce the industry will take notice of her freestyle rapping talents. With strong themes of being paid, maintaining a high-class lifestyle, and controlling empires of music, and real estate, Dramanitra also touches on social issues of women's place in the hip-hop community and the industry which Photoshop's, advertises, and manipulates the masses. Using fast- paced freestyle rap, Dramanitra is able to harmonize her vocals over solid beats creating an overall professional and mature package.

"Cut The Check" is a straightforward track dealing with the dominance Dramanitra plans to secure as she rhymes her way to her payday. Exposing the manipulation the media portrays over women she draws hard relevance to the industry which clouds reality, "Industries full of lies, 'cause they fool guys into believing these advertisements and Photoshop". However, with these industry hypocrisies, Dramanitra has paid her dues, and by keeping a straight head, she plans on surmounting and using her talent to overcome. With this hard look at the path she has chosen, it is time to get paid, "Seven figures, Cut The Check, I need it for my lifestyle, Cut the Check". A solid revolving sample driving this track forward, combining tasty percussion with deep synth waves, Dramanitra expertly adjusts her pitch to create a self- harmonization with her fast rap. This effect leads to an overall dynamic filling the listening space, giving this indie track a major label feel. Click link for video:

Dramanitra's other release is "Wraith" a short and to the point track also exploring the power of the female spirit, as she uses her talents to make her fortunes while she is alive. Driven by a haunting melody this track is able to create an overall feeling of a presence determining the demise of her subjects, as she rises above and takes what she has earned. "Beverly Hills, Rodeo, HSBC, gotta get my pay whole when you're bouncing checks at the Fargo, me and my man get the cash." The groove on "Wraith" is dominant as the underlying funk is syncopated to the deep bass percussion samples making this a nightclub addition most DJ's would feast upon. Click link for video:

Dramanitra's entry into freestyle hip-hop is well met, as she has honed her craft into a mature package defining the individuality and personality as her own. Utilizing her influences and growing into her own artist, Dramanitra is a fresh, unique offering in this deep pool of indie talent. With these two tracks, Dramanitra should be able to garner much industry attention and secure production, collaboration, and licensing deals with ease. The beats used on "Wraith" and "Cut The Check" are professionally mixed with fine attention given to every nuance of the frequencies. These tracks are club, and urban radio ready, as the high replay features are well suited to a genre in need of artists such as Dramanitra. Overall, these two tracks are quite enjoyable, and we are glad she has decided to take her mostly underground career into the mainstream.
