New York, NY (Top40 Charts) St Albans rock newcomers TV COMA are pleased to reveal the video for their new single 'Trudy', the latest track to be taken from their debut EP, Body Negativity, which is released today at www.tvcoma.com

The band also recently announced a handful of UK tour dates where they'll be performing the EP live for the first time (see below for full listings).

Staying thoroughly in keeping with the tongue-in-cheek, sideways glances at millennial life enshrined within their raucous musical nuggets of power-pop/rock, new single 'Trudy' laments a meeting with a pseudo-intellectual modern art student at a party who wouldn't stop talking about quinoa.

Commenting on the video the band said: "Trudy is a power-pop ditty inspired by quinoa and sadness. The iPhone-shot, self-directed music video is a sexy dance montage from around the UK. The mask is 'the berk' from our album cover: professional attention seeker and grinning imbecile. All four band members feature along with a couple of anonymous guests. Everyone was very embarrassed."

Taking musical influence from the likes of Jeff Rosenstock, Charly Bliss, The Muffs, Frankie Valli, Blur and more, TV COMA are a self-hating millennial rock band. Raised on a lean diet of crap beer and Weezer albums, song-writing siblings Leo and Max Troy join forces with drum whiz Robert Clark and bassist Jamie Rider to pump out power pop earworms.

On debut EP Body Negativity, TV COMA prove themselves a thoroughly modern, self-deprecating and cuttingly dry young bunch of musicians. They're a band for the post-truth age of the ridiculous doublespeak in which we live. Sure, they might look like Manson Family rejects, but don't let the beardy vibe weird you out.
TV COMA are just like you.
