New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The support of our city and county mayors, aldermen, commissioners and business leaders has made it possible to bring this internationally acclaimed show to Henderson.
Presented by the City of Henderson, Chester County and the Henderson Arts Commission, the Tony® Award-winning smash-hit musical, "Million Dollar Quartet," will be at Freed-Hardeman University's Loyd Auditorium Thursday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. Preferred seating is available at HendersonArtsCommission.org. General admission side section seats are available for $26.50 at Chester County Bank, FirstBank and The Peoples Bank in Henderson.

The musical is inspired by the famed recording session that brought together rock 'n' roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time Dec. 4, 1956. It tells the story of the day these four young musicians gathered at Sun Records in Memphis for one of the greatest rock 'n' roll jam sessions ever. "Million Dollar Quartet" features timeless and enduring hits, including "Blue Suede Shoes," "Fever," "That's All Right," "Sixteen Tons," "I Walk the Line," "Great Balls of Fire," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On," "Hound Dog" and more.

"The support of our city and county mayors, aldermen, commissioners and business leaders has made it possible to bring this internationally acclaimed show to Henderson," said Jason Bramblett, president of the HAC. He added, "Their dedication to providing a great quality of life and reaching out beyond Chester County is vital to the success of the Henderson Arts Commission and our region."
