Adam Jay (@AdamJayOfficial) is a young alternative singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Liverpool, England. Adam is no stranger to the stage; performing, and previously being involved with an array of local bands; he has constantly been working on the Liverpool music scene since 2016.
His music is described as being 'upbeat and lively,' with each live performance being indelible to the audience. A talented artist who is hardworking and, although young, is extremely professional with a great work ethic; not only does he sing, play guitar, and occasionally other instruments, he certainly knows his way sufficiently around music software and sound consoles. Every gig, concert, tour or festival is appreciated; he gives his all in live performances, treating everyone the same, no matter how small or large the audience is. You won't feel you are at a gig, you will feel that you are at an unforgettable show.
Throughout his musical journey - his passion for music, the stage, and performance, has been influenced in part by his mother, who is herself, trained instrumentally. Adam's mother noticed his love for music which first sprouted around the late age of fourteen and through her, there was a combined keenness to develop his vocal talent. She taught him to play the piano and later introduced him to the guitar courtesy of a close friend and fellow musician Bill Morris.
Adam's constant dedication and commitment to succeed is a driving force which, combined with his guitar skills and songwriting ability, makes his music unique as it comes from the heart. His musical influences, from bands including The Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, and Catfish and the Bottlemen - no doubt artists who have had a significant bearing on his song-writing and musical sound- has ignited his joy of sound from a young age.
Over time and with a good team of people surrounding him, his debut single "Jet Black" and B-Side Track "Mess Without You", was released on 22nd June 2018. With family, friends, supporters and
