21 Savage's 'I Am > I Was' Album Debuts At No 1 On Billboard 200 Chart
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) 21 Savage is the owner of the No. 1 album in the country as his I Am > I Was LP has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Last week, the rapper, 26, dropped the album I Am > I Was and it has officially landed at number one on the Billboard 200 album charts.
He moved 131,000 equivalent album units in the first week, with 18,000 of those being traditional album sales. Streaming accounted for the bulk of the album units. This is 21's first No. 1 album on the chart!
'I Am > I Was' is his second solo studio album. He previously charted with Without Warning (No. 4), as well as Issa Album (No. 2) and Savage Mode (No. 23) in 2017. The "Bank Account" rapper had a great 2018, he also scored his first two Grammy nominations.
