50 Years Of Lee Fields Continue With "Will I Get Off Easy"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) After launching his 50th career anniversary last month, soul's sharpest suited icon Lee Fields releases "Will I Get Off Easy," the second single previewing his new album It Rains Love (out April 5th on Big Crown Records). Fields leads his Expressions in a showcase of the magnetism and swagger that have endured from his years as a kid performing in his parents' North Carolina speakeasy to today, with the 68-year-old legend embracing his seemingly unending prime.

Lee Fields has always lived ahead of his time -- he hired Sharon Jones as a background singer and brought Charles Bradley on tour as an opener -- and It Rains Love drenches his time-tested sound in the kindness, wisdom, and unyielding groove that have affirmed his position as the new godfather of soul.

It Rains Love is his most heartfelt album yet, and it will bring him to some of the biggest stages he's ever played. Headlining dates in Boston, Austin, Toronto, Spain, and more have just been added to an international tour that includes Brooklyn Steel, Firefly, Electric Forest, and shows across Europe. Full dates are below and on-sale now here.
