DALLAS and FORT WORTH, TX (Top40 Charts/ AetheriA Foundation) - "A once-in-a-lifetime concert; including performances by Willie Nelson & Family with special guest Jessica Simpson, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, the Dallas Black Dance Theatre and very special performances by Cirque du Soleil," said AetheriA Foundation founder, David Anderson in announcing details for a nonprofit organization benefiting the Dallas-Fort Worth arts community and the inaugural fundraiser, called AetheriA. Kinky Friedman will act as master of ceremonies at the event.

The AetheriA Foundation, established to enhance higher education opportunities of Dallas and Fort Worth arts students and the ongoing success of arts organizations in the Metroplex, will use proceeds from the concert - dubbed "An Artclectic Evening" - to award college scholarships to artistically gifted students from the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. The AetheriA Foundation has established a fund at Communities Foundation of Texas, which will administer the $25,000 scholarships.

"'An Artclectic Evening' will be one of the most original events that area residents have had an opportunity to attend," Co-Founder and Vice-President Darrin Davis said. "The event promises to mirror the spirit of AetheriA. No other benefit has combined the talent and entertainment that those in attendance will be exposed to in one evening."

The event takes place February 10, 2007, at the Nokia Theatre. Public sale tickets are now available through Ticketmaster and Nokia. Prices start at $50, $65, $75 and $100. Only a hand full of dinner seats remain at $1,000. For more information, donations, or tickets: log on to https://www.aetheriadallas.org or call 214-599-9443.
