Grammy Winning Singer Irene Cara Hits No 16 With 'How Can I Make You Luv Me'

'How Can I Make You Luv Me,' the first single from Irene Cara Featuring Hot Caramel, the ambitious double CD set by Cara and her new powerhouse all female band, made the leap recently into the Top 20 on FMQB's AC40 chart and is currently at No 16 (with a bullet) - just behind songs by superstar artists Maroon 5, Daughtry, Pink and Wayne Brady and ahead of Kid Rock, Nickelback, Goo Goo Dolls and Sara Bareilles.

The quick-building success of the track would have the makings of a great comeback story if not for one important item.
