LOS ANGELES (RIAA) - On Kid Rock's debut album Devil Without A Cause, the title track proudly boasts "I'm going platinum" - and that's what Rock has done, 17 times over.
Devil Without A Cause has reached 11-times platinum, and Rock's latest album Cocky is now quadruple-platinum.
Added to the double-platinum success of his History Of Rock, the rap-rocker has sold 17 million albums in the U.S. alone.
Rock's duet with Sheryl Crow, "Picture," continues to push album sales of Cocky. Rock is currently in the studio working on the album's follow-up.
