New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - Photo Finish recording duo 3OH!3 has announced the upcoming release of an expanded edition of their breakthrough debut album, "WANT." The deluxe version - which includes the new single, "Starstrukk (Feat. Katy Perry)" - will be available in stores and at all DSPs on September 8th. Having first met on Warped Tour in 2008 and quickly becoming friends, Katy Perry and 3OH!3 have shared the stage numerous times and have finally found the opportunity to collaborate together.

"WANT" has proven a true digital phenomenon, with close to 4 million tracks sold to date. In addition to the "Starstrukk" remix, the deluxe edition also appends a Kid Cudi remix of 3OH!3's blockbuster hit single, "Don't Trust Me" and the "Still Around (Big Mix)" by beatmaster Nathaniel Motte and MC Sean Foreman themselves. The deluxe digital version will also include music videos for both "Don't Trust Me" and the original "WANT" version of "Starstrukk."

"Starstrukk (Feat. Katy Perry)" can be heard in the trailer to Touchstone Pictures' upcoming romantic comedy, "When In Rome," starring Kristen Bell and Josh Duhamel. The song will also be featured on Photo Finish Records' upcoming original motion picture soundtrack to the film, slated for release in January 2010 and received its world premiere last week on Ryan Seacrest's 102.7 KIIS-FM radio show. The track - which can also be heard at 3OH!3's popular MySpace page, www.myspace.com/3OH3 - is set to ship to CHR/Top 40 radio outlets nationwide later this month. A companion video - directed by award-winning filmmaker Marc Klasfeld (Jay-Z, Coheed & Cambria, Foo Fighters) - is currently in pre-production, will feature the cast from "When In Rome" and debut in early October.

In other news, 3OH!3 will be among the stars performing at next week's eagerly awaited MTV Video Music Awards '09. The Boulder, Colorado-based electro duo - nominated for "Best New Artist" - will join official VMAs house band Wale for a unique reworking of "Don't Trust Me." In the meanwhile, 3OH!3 has set off on a "Best New Artist" campaign trail, posting weekly videos to encourage voting to help them bring home a moon man. Fans can vote for 30H!3 at vote3oh3.com and voting will continue throughout the show, set to air live from New York's legendary Radio City Music Hall on Sunday, September 13th (check local listings).

Meanwhile, "Don't Trust Me" continues to reign as one of 2009's most popular singles. A multi-chart favorite, the RIAA 2x-platinum certified single remains a top 20 smash at CHR/Top 40 radio outlets nationwide, while also holding strong as a top 10 seller on iTunes' "Top Alternative Songs" chart.

The "Don't Trust Me" companion video clip is also proving a triumph, coming in among the week's top 10 "Top Alternative Music Videos" on iTunes. The clip - directed by Travis Kopach (Panic At The Disco, All Time Low, Circa Survive) and newcomer Isaac Ravishankara - is currently in "Heavy" rotation at MTV and MTV Hits. In addition, "Don't Trust Me" is spinning regularly at FUSE, where it was recently voted the No 1 clip on the network's "No. 1 Countdown - Pop."

As if all that weren't enough, a new viral video for the "WANT" track, "Still Around," has just begun streaming at 3OH!3's wildly popular MySpace page. With total plays now exceeding 200 million, the page is continually ranked among the networking site's most popular artist pages, with over 300,000 friends and counting.

3OH!3 - who recently co-headlined the annual Vans Warped Tour - will spend October touring in Australia and New Zealand. A further slate of North American live dates will be unveiled soon.

The duo recently contributed an all-new track, entitled "Sex On The Beach," to serve as theme song for the new season of MTV's blockbuster reality series, "The Real World: Cancun." The duo were seen performing in a just-aired episode of the show, following other recent TV appearances on MTV's new "It's On With Alexa Chung" and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!."

Produced by Matt Squire (Panic At The Disco, Boys Like Girls), "WANT" sees 3OH!3 - a.k.a. beatmaster Nathaniel Motte and MC Sean Foreman - unleashing tongue-in-cheek rhymes and beats that incorporate '80s pop, electronica, and crunk hip-hop to deliver a knockout punch. The album has drawn copious critical acclaim, with further features appearing in Alternative Press and Rolling Stone.

Named "Artists To Watch" by Rolling Stone, which hailed the duo's "unhinged" live sets, "tuneful emo-pop hooks," "spastic electro grooves and aggro rapping," 3OH!3 followed the release of "WANT" with a number of high-profile television performances in recent months, including NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daly" and FUEL.TV's "The Daily Habit."

Furthermore, 3OH!3 appeared on a variety of 2008 year-end lists, including Alternative Press' "Readers Poll '08," which named the duo the year's "Most Underrated New Artist." In addition, the New York Post named "Don't Trust Me" to its "208 Best Songs of 2008" ranking, hailing the single as "trashy, gimmicky, super fun."
