Steve Cooke Won Best Song With 'Working For The USA' In Americana At The Hollywood Music Awards

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Reverbnation) - Singer/songwriter Steve Cooke won the award for best song in Americana for his song 'Working for the USA' at the Hollywood Music and the Media Awards (HMMA). HMMA chooses only a handful of Nominees from thousands of submissions worldwide. Steve is one of the very few that received 2 nominations (the other in Adult Contemporary/AAA). 'Working for the USA' is the new single from his new album 'Broken Country', which is available in all digital outlets now like itunes, Amazon, Rhapsody etc.

He is looking forward now to record his new album and to further wow the American people with his distinctive powerful voice and songwriting.

He is already running hot on the Hollywood circuit, bringing down the house at legendary venues like the Viper Room, the House of Blues, Key Club and others. He will be playing at the Mint on the 23rd of November and the Renaissance hotel on the 3rd of December. Performances not to be missed!!

The Hollywood Music in Media Awards recognizes and honors the music of independent artists from around the globe. Both mainstream and independent artists are honored as peers for their compositions and recordings in all forms of media.
