Patrick Yandall Releases First Rock Instrumental CD Going For One

San Diego, CA (Top40 Charts/ Zengi Records) - Patrick Yandall has made his mark over the years with ten different releases, mainly smooth jazz instrumental albums. His eleventh release on Zengi Records titled Going For One features the guitar virtuoso pulling out all the stops and cutting loose with a completely different style of music.

Going For One is all instrumental rock recording showcasing Yandall as one of the more versatile indie artist recording music today.

After many years of prompting from his family and friends Patrick decided to finally give it a go in the studio and let the fireworks begin. Going For One had some inherit risk being that he is already a firmly established smooth jazz musician. This did not stop Yandall from pushing forward with the project regardless of any possible repercussions from the jazz community. His excellent abilities comes shining through again and the album is tastefully done and at times the blues and jazz door is cracked open but make no mistake about it, this album rocks. If you are a true music fan, regardless of your allegiance to any particular genre, you will enjoy what is served up on this instrumental collection.
