New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Atlantic Records) - Photo Finish recording duo 3OH!3 has revealed early details of their hugely anticipated new album. "STREETS OF GOLD" arrives in stores and at all DSPs on June 29th. The album - which follows the Boulder, Colorado-based duo's breakthrough Photo Finish debut, "WANT" - will be preceded by the single, "My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)."

The track is slated to begin streaming exclusively at the band's own www.3oh3music.com, beginning on Monday, May 3rd. The premiere of "My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)" will officially kick off pre-orders for "STREETS OF GOLD," with fans placing orders that day receiving a midnight MP3 download of the single. Those ordering the album on May 4th or after will receive "My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)" as an instant free download.

"STREETS OF GOLD" will be available in a variety of editions, including standard CD, standard digital, and deluxe CD/DVD, which will be obtainable exclusively via the www.3oh3music.com webstore. The "STREETS OF GOLD" CD/DVD will feature a 30-minute documentary on the making of the album, a 16-page comic book created by 3OH!3's own Sean Foreman, expanded artwork, and much more, all packaged in a deluxe gold brick. The first 500 fans to purchase the "Gold Deluxe Bundle" - which includes the CD/DVD, an instant MP3 of "My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)," and an exclusive pre-order t-shirt - will also receive a limited edition "STREETS OF GOLD" lithograph, signed by 3OH!3 themselves.

Furthermore, an additional album track/video has just leaked online. "House Party" can be seen and heard at the duo's www.myspace.com/3oh3, while a very special Andrew WK rock remix of the track is quickly shaping up as a viral smash.

3OH!3 are currently introducing fans to "STREETS OF GOLD" on a major joint headlining tour alongside Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording group Cobra Starship. Presented by MTV, the "Too Fast For Love" tour will travel North America through mid-June (see itinerary below). Kicking off all dates will be the first-ever solo live performances from Decaydance/Fueled By Ramen recording artist Travie McCoy of Gym Class Heroes as well as Photo Finish/Atlantic group, I Fight Dragons.

A select number of tour dates will be part of mtvU's second annual "Movies & Music Festival," which features the hottest performers and most buzzed about movies leading up to the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, slated for Sunday, June 6th. Additionally, the week before the annual ceremony, 3OH!3 and Cobra Starship will host a movie-award themed week during MTV's morning music program, AMTV, while explosive performances from the tour will be featured across MTV channels.

Furthermore, 3OH!3 - as well as Cobra Starship and Travie McCoy - will be among the star-studded lineup featured at the upcoming Bamboozle Chicago, slated to rock the Windy City on Saturday, May 15th. In addition, 3OH!3 will be part of the constantly changing lineup featured on The Bamboozle Roadshow 2010, performing at the tour's June 2nd stop in Phoenix, Arizona.

Upon the North American tour's conclusion, 3OH!3 will head out on a series of international festival dates, including T In The Park in Glasgow, Scotland on July 9th; Belgium's Pukkelpop on August 2nd; and the annual Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan on August 7th and 8th.

"STREETS OF GOLD" finds 3OH!3 collaborating once again with a number of the studio superstars - including Matt Squire (Panic At The Disco, All Time Low), Benny Blanco (Katy Perry, Ke$ha), Dr. Luke (Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson), and Greg Kurstin (Lilly Allen, The Flaming Lips) - that made 2009's "WANT" a full-fledged crossover phenomenon.

The electro-rock duo's blockbuster single, "Don't Trust Me," was a true sensation, reaching No 1 at CHR/Pop radio while also achieving double platinum certification from the RIAA for sales now exceeding 2.6 million. "Don't Trust Me" was followed by a second major hit in "Starstrukk (Feat. Katy Perry)" which was recently certified RIAA platinum.

Currently featured on Ke$ha's Top 10 smash, "Blah Blah Blah," 3OH!3 has also earned a reputation as a stunning live act, selling out shows around the world and receiving a "Best Tour" nomination at the 2009 mtvU Awards. Other 2009 accolades included a prestigious "Best New Artist" nod at the MTV Video Music Awards.

3OH!3 music was also ever-present in a host of TV shows, including ABC's Dancing With The Stars, The CW's The Vampire Diaries, and MTV's The City, The Hills, The Real World, and The Buried Life. As if all that weren't enough, 3OH!3 were even featured in a question on the syndicated game show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

3OH!3 is Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte.
