Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ 429 Records) - PEPPER, the comical and funky clown princes of comedic dub-rock, originally from Kailua-Kona, Hawaii return home to debut their first live 3-D music video for their new single, "Drunk Girl" during their performance at Club Nokia on Saturday, Nov.13, 2010. Concert-goers will each be given a pair of PEPPER'S 3-D glasses and will be the first to view the new video. This video marks one of the first 3-D videos to be released by an independent band without a major label budget by working with innovative technologies new to the market.

The video will be released to the public shortly after Saturday's premiere on YouTube 3-D videos, and will be viewable on ANY computer with PEPPER's red and blue 3-D glasses (anaglyph format) and on 3-D laptops, desktops, and TVs using passive polarized or electronic shutter-glasses technology. In addition to YouTube 3-D, the video will air on new 3-D TV channels and elsewhere in a 2-D version. Fans can get their hands on 3-D glasses through the PEPPER's website www.pepperlive .com.

'Even with our tight deadline, our director was able to deliver a high-quality 3-D video using his fast-paced editing skills and at a budget-friendly cost to the band,' said PEPPER's manager Jon Phillips of Silverback Management. 'Who said 3-D was just for big budget films? PEPPER's always on the forefront of technology and this is our way of giving our fans just that.'

PEPPER filmed 'Drunk Girl' on location at The Grove in Anaheim, CA, which was the location of the band's opening night of their 'Like A Surgeon' tour, in conjunction with the release of the single. 'Drunk Girl' has already landed rotation spins on San Francisco's Live 105 FM and West Palm Beach's Buzz 103 FM radio stations.

'Since the band opted to use footage from one of their live shows, I developed my own portable rig to shoot the concert guerilla-style. My hand-held wireless rig let us run around freely to capture the energy of the band's performance at The Grove in Anaheim, California,' explains Eric Spicard, director/producer of the video.

Spicard directed and edited the video with the help of another camera-man, and three cameras were used to collect the live footage. The video was cut on Final Cut Pro and Spicard actually edited the video in 3-D to work on depth balancing so the shots blended nicely. Using proprietary editing tricks, Spicard was able to quickly edit the video using his own plug-ins.

PEPPER, comprised of guitarist/vocalist Kaleo Wassman, bassist/vocalist Bret Bollinger and drummer Yesod Williams, mix their Hawaiian rock 'shock and awe' flare, along with their mellow island rhythms and funky sexual roots to create their own truly diverse sound. They have cultivated a relationship with die-hards around the world; fans that are all in on the inside joke of the band's own vernacular, controversial antics and innuendos.

PEPPER has sold over half a million records independently and founded their own record label, LAW Records. Among PEPPER's many singles, 'Give it Up (Dirty Hot Sex)' has become one of KROQ's most played and favorite re-currents, while the single 'No Control' also reached Billboard's Top 20 on the modern rock release charts. Their music has been featured in hit movies such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Good Luck Chuck and they have become a staple with MTV programming. PEPPER's non-stop touring has gained them a loyal following, achieving a perennial faved alumni status on the Vans Warped Tour, as well as having the opportunity to tour nationally twice with 311, and sharing the stage with Snoop Dogg, Wailers and Slightly Stoopid; to name a few. In addition to Vans Warped Tour, PEPPER has performed at major festivals including Mile High Festival, West Beach Music Festival, Miami Sun Fest, Sunset Strip Music Fest and many others.
