Ladi G & Ya Boy Skolla Show The World 'We A Problem' With Joint Street Album Release
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Next Phase Entertainment) "People always speak on being a "Movement", A correct movement involves more than one or a few individuals... True Movements take a army... A'KT Music Group & The Next Phase Entertainment are about to show the world what a true movement is... "We A Problem" for real". - DJ Reality, CEO - The Next Phase Entertainment

A'KT Music Group and The Next Phase Entertainment are proud to announce the joining of their labels and resources in releasing the street album from Ladi G (TNPE) & Ya Boy Skolla(AMG) entitled "We A Problem - Vol. 1".

"With this union of both of our Labels, David "UncleBoss" Jackson and myself are poised for greatness" says DJ Reality. "With artists such as Ya Boy Skolla and Ladi G leading the way for both camps, they are bringing a very unique look to the game and step it up levels untold... Never before has there been a male/female duo in the game who can be considered Lyrical Giants in a world of manufactured copycats, both have the ability to venture from street tracks to billboard hits with ease".

Skolla realized he wanted to be in the music industry as a child when he used to hang out with the artists that his older brothers Boss and Lucky were working with. As he said "I use to spit little kiddie raps". Developing a passion for the art of rhyming, Skolla knew he had to be serious and dropped his first official mixtape at the age of 15 hosted by South Carolina's own DJ Prince Ice entitled "On A Block Near You". A year later, "Welcome To Sumter City" dropped, this time hosted by South Carolina's own DJ Cleve of the So So Def DJ's. At the age of 19, Skolla worked with the infamous DJ Speedracer of the Core DJ's and released the mixtape "Call Me King", all to rave reviews.

During his journey, Skolla has performed in Florida, Georgia, Chicago, Wisconsin, Las Vegas, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Minnesota and Canada. While touring Canada Skolla has opened shows for Joe Buddens and Sean Paul, which has shown all in the industry that he has the drive to work outside his box and build his brand throughout the country both nationally & internationally.

Skolla is currently in the studio working on his Debut album "Living Proof" for A'KT Music Group.

Ladi G is a 20 year old female emcee that hails from the borough of Brooklyn and appeals lyrically to both guys and girls. Her vocal tone commands attention from the first syllable to the last and leaves you wanting more! Her debut mixtape 'Starring Ladi G and The Co-Stars', with over 30,000 downloads, her follow up mixtape 'Multiple Personalities', various freestyles & remixes both here and in Canada, and the anthemic first single 'So Brooklyn' is evidence for the world to judge for themselves!

Her debut single, 'So Brooklyn' has already built up much anticipation in the thorough pre-promotions efforts by Ladi G and her management company The Next Phase Entertainment. The early response from DJs nationwide, writers and record company execs alike has been astounding. Just the snippet and presentation of her mixtape alone allures that 'So Brooklyn' is much more than a cool title! From this point forth, when you think BK Swag, you will think Ladi G.

Both her mixtapes "Starring Ladi G & The Co-Stars" & "Multiple Personalities" are being categorized as an "instant classics" by Hip Hop purists and reminds us all of how much Hip-Hop continues to evolve.

"Ladi G just needs to stay hot, relevant, and true to herself. There are no other female rappers really out like her right now. Everyone else is trying be pretty. She will be an artist dudes will love cause of her rhymes. She won't be a competitor for Nicki Minaj you know, she will be more compared to the likes of Rick Ross, etc. She's a pretty girl, but that's not the image. She can be hot but have the ability to go hard with the best of the best if she has too, Lyrically wise... think Biggie". - Miesha Rice, RICE Marketing

In support of the release of "We A Problem - Vol.1", both Ladi G and Ya Boy Skolla will be available for interviews with the media and are preparing for a national tour with A'KT label mates Nephew Da Don, and from the UK, Mc Pandemic appearing on limited dates in the USA. DJ Tommy Blak will be the Show/Tour DJ for the "We A Problem" tour, and will be instrumental in overseeing the overall street presence along with the label staff.
