The Heart Of Pine Canyon Welcomes Huey Lewis & The News This Labor Day!

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (Top40 Charts/ Pine Canyon) Pine Canyon, the premiere Northern Arizona golf club, will celebrate Labor Day this year in style! The Grammy award-winning "Huey Lewis and the News" will perform a concert on the green under the northern night sky, Labor Day evening on Sunday, September 4th.

While the parents enjoy the culinary food and entertainment, the kids will celebrate at Camp Pine Canyon with activities, dinner, and movies. Pine Canyon expects 1500-2000 people to enjoy the festivities. The Labor Day weekend promises to be a great one with real estate open houses, family fun and an award-winning clubhouse to welcome all to enjoy the spa and fitness facilities.

Coming off the heels of their summer tour, Huey Lewis and the News are promoting their first album in nine years, "Soulsville." You can expect the band to rock the house with such hits as "Heart of Rock & Roll," "If This Is It," "Hip to Be Square" and "Workin' for a Livin" as well as some new songs.

Huey was noted in a recent interview as saying, "We do not use any tapes, sampling or prerecorded tracks. We are old-fashioned. It's what I have always been doing." The live performance is sure to be a hit with the members and guests at Pine Canyon this Labor Day.
