New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Lagato Shine Official Website) Long Island native, Lagato Shine, is no stranger to the music game but it was last year that he was truly able to emerge and shine as a solo emcee after years of working with groups and other artists. Since then he has become an MTV favorite with video shine on MTV2, Jams and MTV-U's 'Video Freshmen' as well as the honor of Sucker Free's 'Freestyle of the Week.'

Here is the second single from his upcoming self-titled album, dropping later this year via The Orchard, with whom Lagato has a distribution deal for his label, Last Run Entertainment. "Hold Dat" features Billy Danze of the infamous M.O.P..
