Trivium certainly aren't content with hanging their hats right now. They prefer to live on the road, bringing their brand of forward-thinking metal to the masses on a near-constant basis. The band just wrapped back-to-back U.S. tours. First, they served as a featured attraction on the Rock Star
Energy Drink Mayhem Fest, which marked their second stint on the quintessential summer fest. They followed that run up by supporting their labelmates in
Dream Theater.
Trivium will succeed both of those high-profile treks by spending the winter touring with In Flames, hitting theaters and ballrooms for a five-week run.
"Trivium can't wait to get out again on the road with In Flames. They are one of our all time favorite bands and together we plan on giving our best shows to the fans," singer/guitarist Matt Heafy said excitedly about the forthcoming trek.
The tour launches Jan. 12 in Milwaukee and runs through Feb. 21, circling back through the Midwest to Chicago. The tour will hit major cities over the course of several weeks, including Baltimore, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, Denver, New York and more. The full itinerary of dates is below.
