New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Seven Arts Entertainment) Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. announced today that the first single "I Don't Dance" featuring DMX and Machine Gun Kelly from DMX's album "Undisputed" is available for sale on iTunes through the Company's subsidiary Seven Arts Music. Seven Arts Music will commence national promotion and advertising by May 11, 2012. The video of "I Don't Dance" featuring DMX and Machine Gun Kelly will be serviced nationally within the next week. Seven Arts also announced that the second single from "Undisputed" will be "Time To Get Paid," featuring DMX and vocal performances of rap legend Notorious B.I.G., scheduled for national release through Seven Arts Music in June 2012. The Company is producing a video on "Time To Get Paid" featuring DMX and the Rough Riders, which will be serviced through Seven Arts Music nationally in June as well. The third single from "Undisputed" will be "I Get Scared," a "cross-over" urban-pop song for which Seven Arts has great expectations.

Seven Arts Music CEO David Michery stated: "DMX is back. One of the legends of urban music, DMX's new singles, 'I Don't Dance' and 'Time To Get Paid,' deliver artistically and commercially. We believe the third single, 'I Get Scared,' can cross over to pop and rock markets as well. These singles will, in our opinion, lead to a successful release of DMX's album, 'Undisputed.'"

About Seven Arts Music:
Seven Arts Music intends to develop new talent and label-establishing artists in the genres of hip hop, R&B, pop, dance and rock. David Michery's prominent career includes the production of numerous platinum albums and an executive role as Head of Urban Music for All American Communication, d/b/a Scotti Bros. Records, A&R for MCA Records and Zoo/BMG, and founder of Breakaway Entertainment and American Music Corporation.

About Seven Arts Entertainment Inc.:
Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. is the successor to Seven Arts Pictures Plc, which was founded in 2002 as an independent motion picture production and distribution company engaged in the development, acquisition, financing, production and licensing of theatrical motion pictures for exhibition in domestic (i.e., the United States and Canada) and foreign theatrical markets, and for subsequent worldwide release in other forms of media, including home video and pay and free television.
