Music New York (MMNY) stage at The Hive NYC in Brooklyn on June 21, 2012. MMNY, the city-wide celebration of summer's arrival, is an event with 1,000 venues hosting musical acts throughout the city. Music-Kin's stage is the only one to present exciting, live musical acts together with visual artists and their music-inspired art.
The Music-Kin lineup will express the celebration of music in the community with some of the best local bands performing their original music - live. The visual artists are presenting their music-related work and each artist also created a piece based on the music of one of the band's performing at the event. The combination of these two art forms promises an extraordinary evening for both performers and audience.
The Music-Kin MMNY celebration on June 21, 2012 will be held from 5:30-10:00 p.m. at The Hive NYC's space in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn and is free of charge.
