Grammy Award Winner And Latin Pop Sensation Olga Tanon Joins The Hottest Names In Latino Music Performing At Festival People En Espanol Presented By Target In San Antonio On Sept. 1-2
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / People en Espanol) Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL Presented by Target, an event celebrating Hispanic entertainment, culture and community, announces Olga Tanon is joining the line-up of musical talent performing in San Antonio on Sept. 1 - 2, at the Alamodome. Tanon, a merengue and Latin pop artist, is a five-time GRAMMY Award winner.

Luis Miguel, the Warner Music artist and five-time GRAMMY Award winner, will headline an evening performance on Sunday, Sept. 2.

Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL will deliver two of the most dynamic nights in Latino music with its wide array of artists and musical genres. Previously announced concert performances at the two-day Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL include: Daddy Yankee, Prince Royce, Tito "El Bambino," Larry Hernandez, 3Ball MTY, and Banda Los Recoditos. The diverse musical acts represent the variety popular Hispanic music including Latin Pop, Reggaeton, regional Mexican and Tribal Guarachero, club music inspired by regional folk songs and house music from Northern Mexico.

In addition to the mega-wattage of two nights of music performances, Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL becomes a destination with free, open to the public daytime activities at The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. From 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Sept. 1 - 2, Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL will offer visitors the opportunity to catch Q&A sessions with celebrities including Mexican singer Priscilla Angel,Mexican actress Maite Perroni, Venezuelan actress and model Gaby Espino, Mexican actor David Zepeda, and more. Fans can participate in celebrity meet and greets and catch free musical performances -- all while celebrating the best of Latino culture and community. On site at the daytime Festival PEOPLE EN ESPANOL, visitors will have the opportunity to hear tips from leading industry experts on topics ranging from fashion to health and wellness, and enjoy appearances by PEOPLE EN ESPANOL columnists Maria Marin (author), Jose Fernandez (fitness expert), and Jeanette Torres (family expert). The daytime sessions will also feature a special tribute to Selena, the late singer known as "the Queen of Tejano music," with an exclusive Q&A with her family and a special performance by AB Quintanilla & Kumbia Kings/AllStarz.
