SiriusXM to Offer Daily Satellite Radio Coverage of London 2012 Olympic Games
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Sirius XM Radio) Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) today announced that it will offer subscribers nationwide extensive daily coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games, dedicating Sirius channel 93 and XM channel 209 to Olympic programming from July 27 through August 12.

SiriusXM's Summer Games Radio channel will serve listeners nationwide as a daily destination for Olympic news and will be presented in association with Dial Global which, in partnership with U.S. Olympic rightsholder NBC Universal, is providing live radio coverage of the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Coverage on the channel will include event highlights and live play-by-play, as well as interviews and daily reports from London from a team of correspondents that will include two-time Olympic gold medalist Summer Sanders and Steve Schlanger, who is also calling Olympic cycling, triathlon and open water swimming for NBC.

SiriusXM subscribers will get live play-by-play broadcasts of Men's Basketball games, featuring every game played by Team USA plus the gold medal game, the Men's Soccer semifinal and gold medal games, the Women's Basketball gold or bronze medal game, and the Women's Soccer gold or bronze medal match should the U.S. team advance to that stage in either sport. All matches and games will air live and some will also be replayed in afternoon and primetime hours to give listeners extra chances to hear them. All play-by-play broadcasts will be produced by Dial Global.

Throughout the Games, the channel will also feature contributions from former Olympic athletes as well as SiriusXM's experts on basketball, soccer, boxing and wrestling who will provide timely analysis and reaction to key events.

Listeners will hear regular reports from 1992 "Dream Team" member and gold medal-winning basketball star Christian Laettner; former U.S. Soccer team member John Harkes and former University of Tennessee basketball coach Bruce Pearl.

The daily programming will begin at 7:00am ET with programming hosted by SiriusXM's Andrew Bogusch and Justin Termine. The hosts will provide listeners with a recap of the previous day's results and a look ahead to upcoming events.

At 1:00 pm ET daily, Schlanger will host live from London, providing the latest news from Olympic venues and interviews with athletes, coaches and others. Schlanger will be followed by Lance Medow and Justin Termine at 3:00 pm ET.

At 9:00 pm ET, SiriusXM listeners will hear Dial Global's Late Night in London, a two-hour nightly wrap up show that will provide a comprehensive recap of the day in London.
