Martita Roca's incredible debut, from her crossover album in Miami to her first film in Los Angeles

MIAMI, FL. (MiamiLA Ent./ www.martitaroca.com) - In less than a year, Martita Roca has recorded both her debut album Angelical and co-starred in the feature film "Love for Rent."
Since the Miami based Production Company signed Martita, she has worked non-stop to deliver a flawless album and riveting performances.

Martita recorded her album "Angelical" at Grammy Award winner Alfredo Matheus´s studio in Miami, under the production of Miguel Angel "Malin" Villagran. Matheus, who has worked with renowned artists such as Placido Domingo, Celia Cruz and Luis Miguel, said "Martita is full of an energy that radiates everything she does. An attitude that is reflected in the emotion projected in her songs."
The album includes 14 songs in English and Spanish, and is full of Latin rhythms, love and passion.

Martita also recorded the video for her first single, "Reasons", which is already airing in over 50 video channels all over the World.
"We are excited about Angelical. Martita Roca is not just another beautiful young singer, but her voice is very mature and she sings and mixes her feelings with music like not other" comments Alvaro Albarracin, Executive Producer, "having five of her songs in the film Love for Rent, where she co-stars, will make her music easy to remember and our job to find distribution easier."

Martita Roca was born in Guatemala but made Miami her home last year with the goal of making South Florida the platform where she can launch her music career to the world. She co-starred in the feature film Love for Rent with Colombian raising star Actress Angie Cepeda.

The film tells the romantic story of Sofia (Angie Cepeda), a college student struggling to handle immigration issues in Los Angeles, financial difficulties, and an unusual proposal that changes her life completely.
Love for Rent portrays Martita Roca as an effervescent Latina singer, a character very much like her own self.
