Bad Acid Trip annnounce tour dates with Dog Fashion Disco

LOS ANGELS (Serjical Strike Records) - Serjical Strike/Columbia Recording artists Bad Acid Trip have just announced tour dates supporting Dog Fashion Disco and Tub Ring.
The Jagermeister sponsored tour kicks off in Covington, KY on August 13th.

Serjical Strike Records, the label co-venture between System of a Down vocalist Serj Tankian and Columbia Records, released Bad Acid Trip's debut recording, Lynch the Weirdo earlier this year.
The album was recorded in the band's hometown of Los Angeles with System of a Down co-producer/guitarist Daron Malakian behind the boards.

The Bad Acid Trip line-up ? vocalist Dirk Rogers, guitarist Keith Aazami, bassist Chris Mackie and drummer Jose Perez ? cemented in December 2002 after Perez left a voicemail for Aazami consisting solely of the kind of blast-beats necessary for a band that's been described as everything from thrash-core to eclectic-art-chaos. Or, in Rogers's words, "Circus grind jazz metal thrash punk."

The band's video for "Beef Moo" premiered on MTV2's Headbanger's Ball on July 31st and the band will be Jamey Jasta's in-studio guests on September 25th.
