Las Vegas (Top40 Charts / Angel Management Group) Celebrated DJ/Producer and founder of Dim Mak records, Steve Aoki , to debut a new six date Las Vegas residency beginning in April at Hakkasan Las Vegas opening at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Aoki will also be performing 11 dates throughout 2013 at the MGM Grand's iconic WET REPUBLIC Ultra Pool.

"I am really looking forward to kicking off my exclusive parties at Hakkasan Las Vegas and WET REPUBLIC. My career has been a whirlwind over the past few years, and this new experience is going to be a very exciting time for me," said Steve Aoki .

"There are few DJs as charismatic as Steve Aoki , and we can't wait for his residency to begin this April," added Neil Moffit , CEO of Angel Management Group.

Aoki's residency will feature six nighttime parties at Hakkasan Las Vegas that will transport guests into a futuristic world crafted by Aoki's mesmerizing electronic sounds and hard-hitting beats. The party - titled Neon Future - is unlike anything the DJ has done before and is sure to have fans flocking to the highly anticipated venue. Aoki enthusiasts who want to experience him in the daytime can attend his AOKIFY SPLASH VEGAS pool parties at the WET REPUBLIC that will bring his popular AOKIFY mobile app to life with the same irreverent spirit and provide an energetic and splashy alternative to his nighttime Vegas experience.

DJ, producer and California native began his musical career as founder of Dim Mak Records in 1996, which has released over 250 records from well-known house artists including Datsik, Diplo, Laidback Luke, The Bloody Beetroots and his own collaboration with fellow DJ, Tiesto. Aoki launched as an electronic artist with his debut artist album Wonderland. He has gone on to infuse dancefloors and concert halls around the globe with his remixes and collaborations with other DJs and recording artists including Afrojack, Laidback Luke, Tiesto, LMFAO, Kid Cudi, Will.I.AM, Wynter Gordon and Lil Jon . In addition, he has recently received his first GRAMMY nomination for his 2012 Wonderland album under the Best Dance/Electronic Album category.
