Electronic Singer Solomon Announces Lead Single, "Swim No More" Off Upcoming EP 'Le Garason'
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ It Girl PR) Today popular music video website VEVO features Electronic Hip-Pop singer Solomon's latest music video, "The Way We Were." After garnering nearly 80,000 views in the first two weeks, VEVO hand selected the music video to be playlisted on YouTube targeting more than 2.3 million viewers. As the music video is helping to grow major buzz for the rapper turned singer/songwriter, Solomon is set to release the lead single off his upcoming EP Le Garçon next month. Titled, "Swim No More," the single is set to hit radio, streaming platforms and iTunes on October 15th.

A departure from the upbeat pop tunes Solomon released in the past, "Swim No More" finds the genre-bending singer impressively flexing his vocal talents over an aggressive and eclectic urban beat. Using Japanese taiko drums, bird sounds and even killer whale noises, the lead single off Le Garçon is a proper representation of just what Solomon has been hard at work crafting in the studio.

"I'm at an all time creative high. I stopped listening to what other people were telling me I had to do with my music, and I'm just creating the type of art I want to hear. Throwing the rules out. I produced the beat with my DJ at 140 BPM, and slowed it down to get this real creepy sound. Then I put these sweat little bird sounds in it. It's pretty rad. Sounds like nothing that is out now."

With a lyric video being released the same day as the single, a music video for "Swim No More" will be shot shortly after to help promote the upcoming EP. As a prequel to Solomon's highly anticipated debut album, Le Garçon will contain five new original songs. The exclusive iTune's version will also contain three bonus songs, a hidden track, interludes, poems, digital booklet and more interactive media.

Solomon took to YouTube recently to answer various fan questions. In the video he speaks candidly about his upcoming EP, his creation process and his crush on Kanye West. Solomon said, "Just to see someone that passionate is very inspiring. So I think he would be my crush right now."
