As part of the album celebrations, EMERY has also begun to announce new North American tour dates for this spring and summer, starting with shows planned for Denver, Calgary, Vancouver, Chicago, Washington, DC, Miami and San Francisco, with more to be announced. At these shows, GARETH will bring his fully customized stage show that will be seen at Coachella this month, as well as a whole host of special guests. The inspiring story behind DRIVE is derived from EMERY's 3000-mile adventure across the Oklahoma/
Texas border on Old Route 66. Exemplified by his deep and purposeful musicality, adept songwriting skills and ability to convey emotion through sound, EMERY has created a unique blend of house, trance and electro that is explored fully on DRIVE. The album features collaborations from
Christina Novelli and Ben Gold among others.
Tying in with EMERY's ground-breaking podcast series, his highly-regarded label Garduda and scores of releases and notable performances at some of the world's biggest clubs and festivals, DRIVE serves as a wonderful insight into the creative mind of one of electronic music's most exciting artists.
