Hip hop recording artist Tommy D, who was born and raised in the same town as Stephen, now presents his debut charity single dedicated to Stephens Story, with all proceeds going directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The single, which features singer / songwriter Rob Makin and production from songwriter / producer KR (Professor Green, Just Jack, Lil Wayne), is currently sitting at No. 52 on the iTunes hip hop chart after just one day of it's release.
