New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Cumbrian punks COLT 45 are pleased to reveal the latest in a series of singles club releases - six brand new A and B sides to be launched over the course of 2017. The singles will be released as digital downloads with a limited edition CD available at all upcoming tour dates (see below for details).

'Reasons That You Never Smile' / 'Your Car' is the latest double A-side single out now for free download from their official bandcamp. The band will also be selling limited edition CDs of the full singles club releases exclusively on forthcoming tour dates.

"'Reasons That You Never Smile' is a song about when you tell yourself something for so long that you end up believing it" explains front man Neil Harper "That can seep into your everyday life, but sometimes it turns out you're not necessarily right in what you thought anyway!

"We don't have the time or budget to spend months on this - it's very much a DIY project and we're really enjoying just getting on with it and being able to put new music out so frequently throughout this year."

The band hit the road throughout June/July 2017 on a run of tour dates with The Hostiles plus appearances at several festivals

"The Hostiles are one of the bands we did our first proper tours with - long weekenders in strange places all over the country" comments bassist Gareth Jenkins "It's awesome to still be able to get out and do a run of shows together. We're keen for some beach action in Inverness and maybe some adventure time around Loch Ness too so we're treating it as a holiday as well! We'll be playing a few songs we haven't managed to get in the set for a while, as well as all the new tracks from our singles club so far, so it'll be a good mix of new and old in the set."

17/6 - Glasgow - REKT-Fest @ Nice n' Sleazy's
