New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Tens of thousands of sun-kissed fans descended on Twin, Lakes, Wis., to experience the Academy of Country Music's 'Festival of the Year," Country Thunder. Throughout the weekend, Country music-lovin', cowboy boot-wearin' attendees were treated to some of the biggest names and brightest stars in music, including megastar Luke Bryan, superstar and judge on NBC's The Voice
Blake Shelton, one of Country music's most-respected singer/songwriters Dierks Bentley, Jerrod Niemann,
Dustin Lynch, Tyler Farr,
Jon Pardi and many, many more. Known for showcasing not only the biggest names of today, but also the biggest names of tomorrow, the festival featured 'round-the-clock music from multiple stages, including The Boathouse Cabana and Electric Thunder. When attendees weren't listening to the best Country music has to offer, they were riding a mechanical bull, eating mouth-watering vendor food, shopping, participating in interactive exhibits, riding the ferris wheel and the slingshot, zip lining, partying in the campgrounds and much more.
Plans for next year are already well underway, with festival organizers working towards an even bigger and better Country
Thunder 2016. We have two words for you: Eric. Church. CMA and four-time ACM Award winner and last year's top-selling country music artist, Eric Church, along with many more soon-to-be-announced Country superstars, will roll into Twin Lakes, Wis., July 21-24, 2016.
