"I have always wanted to record a live album but wanted to do it right," explains Diffie. "Some of my favorite musical heroes, Willie and Haggard, taped live albums at Billy Bob's so it's a career highlight to record my live album in the same venue. I couldn't think of a better place."
Since he first topped the charts in 1990 with "Home," Joe has remained on a steady course, staying true to his country roots and delivering hit after hit totaling twelve No 1's, twenty top 10's and four gold and platinum albums. Now he's celebrating another No 1 with "Long Gone Loner," a duet with the reigning European Artist of the Year, Peter & The Rowers.
