LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ Music Trailer Official Website) - The four-song album will be available for digital downloading at the band's website www.MusicTrailer.us and by mid-February on other popular digital-download services including Napster and iTunes.

Some artists release an EP 'Extended Play' album containing two to four songs which will appear on LP later the same year. MusicTrailer hopes its EP release will be successful enough to warrant producing an LP version containing at least eight more songs.

According to the band's Guitarist & ASCAP Member Dutch James, 'for now being an independent label allows us to experiment with a variety of music genre on the same album and see what current fans and future fans really want to hear without being creatively paralyzed by an over influential label of what to write, play or produce.

We play what many believe to be some A** kickin' Country Rock with a little variety here and there,' James continues. 'Some may call it Southern Rock but Drummer Steve Rap and I were both born in Illinois, so until we get some Southern Brothers to join us we'd best call it Country Rock for now.' He and Rap love writing and playing southern rock music, he added, and look forward to building a strong fan following.

MusicTrailer will soon start organizing Online Street Teams composed of registered fans willing to participate in promoting the band and earning the honorary title of 'Trailer Grunts.' Grunts can start earning a VIF ('Very Important Fan') rating immediately by posting the band's Nimbit store applet or links to it on their MySpace, Facebook, Starting Page or Website.

Fans with a VIF rating will be offered benefits such as invitations to promo parties and opportunities to be featured in the band's future music videos.

Professionals in the Radio or internet communications sectors can receive a DPK "Digital Promo Kit" of the band via their free AirPlay Direct accounts.

The four songs selected by James and Rap for their Jan. 15 EP release include 'LoneSome Rider,' which reflects on the human need to sometimes get away and be alone;

'Southern Attraction,' written after some band members returned from the Gulf States where they restored hospitals and public buildings to operation after hurricanes including Katrina;

'Yankee Salute,' a tribute to friends, family members and all servicemen and women fighting the war on terror at home and abroad; and the controversial

'Unforgiven,' dwelling on one's faith and the everyday sins we may commit. The band has dedicated this one to the late Johnny Cash who also was an ASCAP member.
