NASHVILLE, TN (Tim McGraw Official Website) - It should come as no surprise that Tim McGraw dropped in to visit country disc jockey icon and close friend Gerry House (WSIX) this morning to talk about his new Soul 2 Soul II tour with wife Faith Hill (tickets go on sale in Nashville this Saturday). The surprise came when Tim pulled out a CD with two new songs from his forthcoming 'Tim McGraw Reflected: Hits Vol 2' album – 'When The Stars Go Blue' and 'I've Got Friends That Do.'
'I've Got Friends That Do' is the first song McGraw has recorded that he is a co-writer on – it's a song written with close friends Brett Warren, Brad Warren and Brett Beavers.

'These are two of the new songs I recorded for the hits album,' says McGraw. 'I've recorded five new songs and we are waiting to see how many my label will put on there – I'm hoping they put them all on the album for the fans.' 'When The Stars Go Blue' is written by Ryan Adams.

'Tim McGraw Reflected: Hits Vol 2' will be in-stores March 28. 'Usually we have a single 6 or 8 weeks in front of a new album, so I just thought it would be different to send out two records and see what happens over the next month, says McGraw. 'This gives the fans a say in which one should be the single – or maybe both.'
