LOS ANGELES (MAPLETON COMMUNICATIONS) - Mapleton Communications, one of the fastest growing radio operators in California, has announced the acquisition of KWWV-FM licensed to San Luis Obispo and KXTY-FM licensed to Morro, Bay, CA. KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM are being sold by Salisbury Broadcasting, Inc., to the Los Angeles based Mapleton Communications which already operates KXTZ-FM, KXDZ-FM, KYNS-AM and KPYG-FM in the San Luis Obispo market.
