NEW YORK (Evenescence Fan Website) - A week after Evanescence singer Amy Lee indicated the band was hoping to enlist ex Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland as a replacement for Ben Moody, she has now said that Cold's Terry Balsamo has joined the fold. Balsamo will replace Moody who left Evanescence unexpectedly last year.
The guitar player will leave Cold, a band Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst helped get a deal in 1998.

Moody on the other hand has gone on to write for Avril Lavigne, who incidentally caught the eye of Durst last year. He was seen wearing an "I (heart) Avril" T-Shirt at one of her shows.
Shall we expect an Amy/Avril duet in the future?
