Fresh Fest! Presented By Allstate Insurance Company Comes To Navy Pier
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Navy Pier is spotlighting Chicago's emerging young artists at its first-ever Fresh Fest! Presented by Allstate Insurance Company, a free, two-day event featured as part of the city's Year of Creative Youth initiative. The Pier has teamed up with Good Starts Young to produce the programs on Thursday, July 12 and Friday, July 13, which showcase some of Chicago's most talented youth. Guests in attendance will be treated to a wide range of dance and music acts in a variety of styles and genres, including blues, classical rock, jazz and more.

On July 13, the event will feature cameos from two of Navy Pier's other free arts and cultural programs: Wiggleworms, a live children's music series presented in partnership with the Old Town School of Folk Music and Water Colors Presented by CIBC, a live jazz music series co-curated by the Jazz institute of Chicago. The special performance features students of the NextGenJazz Emerging Artists Project.
