Alright" that is featured on the soundtrack and in the comedy by Tyler Perry, Meet The Browns (opening 3/21).
On March 31st, Ledisi will perform at the Los Angeles premiere for George Clooney's new football comedy Leatherheads (opening 4/4), a film she also has a small acting role in.
She recently told People Magazine, "He hand picked me... I play a blues singer in this '20s speakeasy. He really knows jazz. And he was funny and cute in person. Oh girl, hot!" Ledisi's version of "The Man I Love" by the Gershwins also appears on the film's soundtrack.
