The Decline - 'Resister' Out Now; UK Tour Starts This Saturday
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) What The Press Are Saying:
"To underestimate these antipodean punkers would be a crime, they are so much more than their genre would suggest." - Mute Print
"An incredible release with plenty of interesting songwriting" - Alt Corner
"The Decline definitely know how to get a song stuck in your head." - MOSH

Australia's finest skate punks, The Decline, have released their new album 'Resister' to coincide with their debut UK tour, which kicks off on Saturday in Nottingham. 'Resister' is available now through Pee Records.

"We've been waiting a long time to bring Resister out, get on the road and just go for it." says guitarist, Pat. "A lot of these songs are about that, figuring out what you want and just f***** living it. We're heading to the UK this August and have some awesome shows lined up. It's our first time there and we really can't wait!"

The quartet, hailing from Perth, Australia are currently midway through an extensive European tour to support the new record. The UK tour sees The Decline hit Rebellion Festival, a support run with MDC (Millions Of Dead Cops) and shows with War On Women, Teenage Bottlerocket and Giants.

Since the release of their debut album "I'm Not Gonna Lie to You" in 2010, The Decline have grown to be an instantly recognisable name in the international punk community. The release of their sophomore album "Are You Going To Eat That" in 2011 scored the band a headlining tour of Europe, a Japanese tour with Israeli pop-punkers Useless ID and So-Cal 90′s super band Implants, and a coveted mid-afternoon spot at Soundwave Festival in Perth. Soon after, in early 2014, The Decline released the fully crowd-funded "Can I Borrow A Feeling" EP before jumping straight back into a heavy touring schedule.
2015 saw a lineup shuffle, however this didn't slow them down. The Decline headed straight back into the studio to record their 3rd album, 'Resister' - Out now on Adelaide based Punk/Hardcore label Pee Records.
