FRANKLIN, TN. (PassAlong.com) - PassAlong.com, the only online music store with the innovative Passing-and-Points(TM) program, announced today that it will offer digital downloads from the Mark Knopfler's Shangri-La Tour beginning with the performance at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on July 13th. The exclusive recordings will be available for download from PassAlong.com the next day at https://www.PassAlong.com and at https://www.Mark-Knopfler.com.

Mark Knopfler, the acclaimed solo artist and former front man of rock group Dire Straits, will perform his classic hits, as well as songs from his new album "One Take Radio Sessions (Live from Shangri-La)," which was released on June 28th.
PassAlong Networks is partnering with Crowfly Digital Entertainment in unveiling Crowfly LIVE, the "Ultimate Encore," as the company's initial service featuring digital downloads of entire concert tours. Crowfly's offering was designed specifically to enable artists to electronically distribute music, videos, and other content in a manner beneficial to all entities, including record labels, music publishers, retail stores, and especially fans, by providing this unique, artist-branded experience.

"I have never objected to fans recording performances for themselves," said Mark Knopfler. "However, with this new technology we are in a position to give our audiences something of the highest quality they can keep as a lasting souvenir of the night."
"This is an excellent opportunity for PassAlong users to gain access to a music legend on a personal level, and demonstrate the immediacy that digital music has to offer," said Dave Jaworski, CEO of PassAlong Networks. "By partnering with Crowfly, we will be able to continue to offer exclusive concert tour downloads, providing users with a unique opportunity to experience a performance that they might not usually have access to."
"Being first and foremost music fans, we are naturally enthusiastic about our opportunity to partner with PassAlong to enable artists to develop deeper relationships with their fan base, grow that base and monetize it by providing value around exclusive content," commented Crowfly founder Eric Geadelmann, a technology entrepreneur and independent film and music producer.
In addition to select future concerts from Mark Knopfler's Shangri-La tour being available on PassAlong.com, several performances from the first leg of Mark's US/European tour will also be available on the website.
