FRANKLIN, TN. (Top40 Charts/ PassAlong Networks) - Media distribution developer PassAlong Networks today announced the addition of Wind-up Records' music catalog to its StoreBlocks™ digital music library. Wind-up Records, the largest independently owned and operated label in the United States, is making its repertoire available in MP3 format to StoreBlocks' current library of 3 million songs, which includes nearly 2 million tracks in MP3 format.

'We continue to strengthen our MP3 offering with music from first-rate labels like Wind-up Records,' said Dave Jaworski, co-founder and CEO of PassAlong Networks. 'The addition of their content to our StoreBlocks catalog bolsters our offering considerably.'

Wind-up Records, a division of Wind-up Entertainment, Inc., is currently the largest independently owned and operated label in the United States and is distributed by Sony / BMG Entertainment worldwide, excluding Canada where the company operates Wind-up Entertainment Canada, Inc. and is distributed by Warner Music Group. The label's roster features Evanescence, Seether, Finger Eleven, the entire Creed repertoire, and approximately a dozen developing artists including 12 Stones, Jeremy Fisher, Thriving Ivory and People In Planes.

'We are excited to work with PassAlong and expand our distribution of licensed MP3s across their growing network of music consumers,' said Ed Kiang, VP/Digital Platforms of Wind-up Records. 'This is a terrific opportunity for our artists to reach even more fans.'
