New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ SAE Institute) SAE Institute, one of the world's first education programs to combine practical and theoretical curriculum in audio engineering, is making their audio technology curriculum available for U.S. military veterans by accepting a variety of G.I. Bill benefits.
The G.I. Bill is honored at SAE's campus facilities in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Nashville, and Miami.
"For former members of our armed services who are passionate about music and want to pursue work as professional music producers, engineers, or other audio related careers, SAE Institute is the outstanding choice," says Marco Bettelli, CEO of SAE Institute USA. "We offer high-level, hands-on practical training in combination with advanced theoretical study - giving veterans the essential experience, the valuable professional networking opportunities, and the industry certification that they need to get hired."
SAE Institute's audio technology program, which is led by Grammy award-winning faculty, offers comprehensive instruction in studio equipment, digital audio software, audio engineering, and digital audio applications/production. The SAE curriculum can accommodate veterans who are looking for part-time or full-time programs that will fit in with their busy schedules. Upon registering, veterans will receive an audio technology bundle that includes an Apple MacBook, Avid Pro Tools 10, and an assortment of other professional hardware and software that will allow them to master their craft while away from campus.
"For veterans who are serious about getting a job in audio technology, the hands-on training that they'll get from SAE will give them a valuable competitive edge to help them find a job once they graduate," Bettelli says.
SAE recognizes a variety of G.I. Bill benefit and dependent/spouse benefit programs for veterans and their families who wish to enroll in the audio technology education program.
