Canadian Urban Funk Powerhouse Amanda Davids Launches UK Tour

TORONTO, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ SeePRmedia) On the release of her critically acclaimed EP - Distinguishable inDifference to a sold out show at Toronto's Orbit Room, Canadian Urban Funk/Soul powerhouse Amanda Davids kicks off her UK tour at Brixton's famed Hootenanny alongside Uk music legend Jazzie B (soul Ii soul) and afro space travellers United Vibrations + Future Groove. The Tour includes multiple London dates, a stop in Manchester, Liverpool and Bury.

Davids', who has been in the game for a decade is packing her bags to tour the UK with her team of specialists to back her up, including DJ Xplisit on the turntables and Dan "Shai" Mendelsohn on the 8-string guitar/bass hybrid and MPC drum machine/sampler (controlled by his feet - with midi). The trio will be making 9 appearances all around the UK beginning on the 21st of April at The Hootenanny in Brixton, and ending April 30th at London's 12 Bar Club.

Davids' claims to enjoy touring in the UK and Europe as opposed to Canada, because "venues and promoters look towards original music, and make a considered effort to promote it.
