Chaka Khan Does The Dinah 2012 - Palm Springs, CA

LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ ILDK Media) Here are a few photos of Chaka Khan taken this past weekend in Palm Springs during her performance at Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend 2012.

This was the first time the music Legend performed at Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend - the largest lesbian event in the world.
Founded and produced by Mariah Hanson Club Skirts The Dinah has been taking place in Palm Springs for the past 22 years.
Past performers include: Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Salt'n Peppa, Natasha Beddingfield, The Pussycat Dolls, Dev and Colbie Caillat, to name a few.

Chaka Khan was this year's headliner for The Dinah's Saturday night themed party dubbed "Dinah Goes to Rio" held at the Palm Springs Convention Center on March 31, 2012. The biggest concert venue in Palm Springs, the Convention Center was SOLD OUT - Chaka Khan performed an impromptu duo with recording artist CeCe Peniston singing her anthem "I'm Every Woman". The 10-time Grammy Award winner delivered a powerful performance accompanied with her full touring band.

The Dinah 2012 was held from March 28 through April 1, 2012 in Palm Springs, CA.
Filmmaker Oliver Stone made a surprise appearance as well (see photo below)
