St. Louis, MO. (Top40 Charts/ J Distribution) - St. Louis metal merchants Conquest have been selected to play their hometown's Point Fest, held at Verizon Amphitheatre on Saturday, Sept. 20 alongside such notable bands as Bullet For My Valentine,
Seether and
Avenged Sevenfold amongst others. Presented by KPNT 105.7 The Point, Point Fest is yet another step for the band in their rise to prominence in the Midwest.
Conquest frontman Derrick Brumley comments, "It's an honor being asked to perform at Point Fest with some of the biggest bands in the world at the moment. After playing both the Jaegermeister MusicTour and the Mayhem Festival this summer, we can add this to a fantastic 2008 that the band is having."
