Trinity Broadcasting Network and contemporary Christian music legend Carman will team up to take Halloween back from the dark side as Carman hosts a unique and exciting evening of music, drama, and worship called Carman's Halloween House of Praise Spectacular.

Vegas showman, Carman has filled stadiums the world over with tens of thousands of young people energized by his unique and compelling music that entertains, confronts, and challenges the status quo. His legendary concert in
Texas Stadium drew over 71,000 fans, while 80,000 came to his mega-event in Charlotte, North Carolina, and 50,000 came to hear his Johannesburg, South Africa concert. And at each of these stadium events thousands responded to Carman's heartfelt invitation to follow Christ.
With fifteen gold and platinum albums and over ten million records sold, Carman is considered one of the most successful Christian artists in history, whose records, music videos, and movies have successfully crossed over to impact the mainstream culture.
Carman's Halloween House of Praise Spectacular will feature all of the over-the-top drama, special effects, production values — and great music — that have helped to define Carman's large-scale stadium concerts, videos, and movies over the past three decades. During the two-hour special, Carman will perform songs that helped to build his reputation as one of Contemporary Christian music's most edgy and innovative performers, and the show will include dramatic segments featuring world-class illusionists who will help Carman strip the mask off the occult, exposing it to the light of God's truth.
TBN Vice President Matthew Crouch, who has worked extensively with Carman over the years and was a producer of his 2001 hit movie Carman: The Champion, said that like all of Carman's projects, Halloween House of Praise combines musical and dramatic excellence with an uncompromising presentation of the Gospel. "There is only one reason that Carman has spent so many years making great music and movies," he said. "It has all been to lead as many people as possible to faith in Christ. Take away the awards, the gold albums, the packed stadiums, and applause that he has received over the years, and Carman would still be out there coming up with new and creative ways to package and present the salvation message."
House of Praise is not Carman's first Halloween-themed television special. Several years ago he produced Halloween 3:16, which has aired several times on TBN. During that show's first broadcast over 70,000 people called in to receive Christ, and it is estimated that at least 100,000 individuals received salvation through that first broadcast. (Carman's Halloween 3:16 will also air on TBN October 31st, at 8:30 a.m. Pacific, 10:30 a.m. Central, 11:30 a.m. Eastern).
