LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ CPML) - Acclaimed instrumental guitarist,
Craig Payne, finishes 2009 with an excellent original composition, 'Our Distant Past Between Us' which has just been released as a single worldwide through iTunes, Amplifier and digiRAMA.
The single follows a string of album releases over the past few years that have slowly established
Craig as a solid guitarist, composer and recording artist with a fan base growing globally. Originally the tune was written for the 'Meat Free Monday' campaign championed by Sir
Paul McCartney but as
Craig pointed out: 'an instrumental called 'Meat Free Monday' is just a little weird', so the track was re-worked and released in its current form which appears to be warmly received by fans around the world.
Craig is currently writing some quite different new material which will be released in 2010 and is a departure from the 'Classic Rock' albums he has produced recently.
A 'see what happens' approach to 2010 is being taken by Craig and whatever avenue Craig explores next year it is bound to be a success judging by his track record so far.
